Rudy Delgado Memorial Page
James Porter was executed in Texas for killing a fellow prisoner, Rudy Delgado, because he believed Delgado was gay.
According to a news sources, in May of 2000, Porter carried a rock inside a pillow case. He used the rock to kill Rudy Delgado. The prosecution said Rudy Delgado's face was not able to be recognized as that of a human.
